Like the parent, the teacher is a very special individual. We select teachers who are highly educated in early childhood education and are also warm, sensitive and caring in their guidance and discipline. Staff meeting are conducted monthly and aid in improving, planning and implementing activities, the director supervises the general curriculum and the handling of all children. The staff is encouraged to continue developing and updating their teaching skills and techniques.
